Property representative responded quickly to issues, except for not responding to lawn care issue. There was supposed to be one vehicle per unit, parking was awful, made our own spot because that was the only option. You sign an agreement that the A/C is not to be turned down past 70 because the unit will freeze up and you would be charged if this occurred. We followed the rules and it was a hot nights sleep. We arrived late Saturday night, WIFI wouldn’t work it still was not working Sunday. Monday morning we got jolted out of bed before 8am with lawn service using a high powered leaf blower clearing upper and lower walk area outside of rooms, this was the morning after spending the whole day at water park. I sent text about lawn service being there so early, no response. Monday WiFi was fixed, when we arrived back to room. Responses I received in a timely manner. “For parking, it is going to clear out today and parking will not be an issue. Same with wifi. If everyone there was using wifi on their phones and TVs it may have been slow especially for 205 and 206 since they are the farthest away from router. If you still can’t get the tv connected today, try to unplug tv and plug it back in and reconnect it to WiFi! That usually does the trick.”Response for A/C:“Those AC units at Wasser can be cranked down in this heat so go ahead and crank it down! Our central HVAC systems in other properties can't handle it in this heat!”
