I read all the reviews on this property before I booked. There was one negative review that concerned me, but I found the opposite of what that reviewer said to be true regarding the property management. The property looks a little rough on the outside, but it is located in a moist location with the river at the edge of the property. The inside was amazing, one of the cleanest and most comfortable short-term rentals my family and I stayed at. There was plenty of room to include bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate five adults over 30 and three children between 2 and 6. The unit had everything we needed, except measuring spoons (so, I bought some and left them for the next guests). The unit was quiet and offered easy access to both the pools and the river. Also, it was close to restaurants, Walmart, Target, and HEB. We kept the delivery people busy from Walmart bringing us food and other items we needed for the stay.The management had a detailed book in the unit regarding check-in/out and other matters. We found our VIP wristbands and parking permits on the counter.My adult kids and grandchildren thought this was one of the best vacation locations we had been to.I would highly recommend staying here and with the property management team. I travel several times a quarter nationally and regularly stay at short-term rentals. This one was one of the best!

Great location! Clean condo and walking distance to Schlitterbahn. Condo complex was a little loud at night for families but otherwise, excellent rental!
