2 King Beds | Walk to Downtown | Float the Comal

We had the best time. This location was perfect if your wanting to float the Comal river or going to Schlitterbahn. We did both. Once we arrived we never had to get back into our vehicle. Everything was in walking distance. The property grounds were amazing and clean. Definitely recommend this place.

The cleanliness of the facility was less than average. First thing I saw was urine on the rim of the toilet, trash wrapper on the floor in the living room, dirty rugs throughout, and smeared glasses in the kitchen cabinet. The cooktop & kitchen counters were not cleaned from prior resident. The beds were comfortable, the view great, & the security of the facility was good. A call was placed on 12/30 to discuss the above & no one ever followed up. A second call was made on 1/2/2026 & we did get a return call in 30 minutes. We were told that the residence had been inspected and that it was cleaned to rental manager’s expectation. Clearly we had a difference of opinion.

The property was as promised. Great proximity to everything, the amenities were great, quiet and peaceful.

Walking distance to downtown. On the Comal.

Location is amazing
