The river access and outdoor area were great. We were able to check-in early and the host was easy to communicate with. For a quick weekend river trip the accommodations were fine. It could be improved by having handsoap and basic toiletries. You are not allowed to turn the air above 72 in 100 summer heat so plan to bring your own fan. Be mindful this is really a two story unit with plywood covering an open wall so it does not feel very private and you can hear everything the other renters are doing. If you have a fan or noise machine it may help with this.

Had an amazing few days. Everyone staying on property were friendly and welcoming. Clean and as described. Would definately book again.

While the accommodations were clean, well furnished and comfortable, we were really disappointed with the grounds which is the main reason for selecting this place. The walkway to the riverfront deck is treacherous. There were huge piles of dead branches in 3 different places in the yard. The deck area was covered with spider webs and tree branches. The outdoor dining area was dirty with patio chair cushions that have seen many, many better days. There is a gate to open to take stairs down to the river and it literally fell off its hinges when it was opened. There wasn’t anywhere to sit in the sun unless you get in the river. So disappointing! (To be clear, our stay was before the river flooding occurred.)
