This is a completely upstairs property. I didn't see that on the listing. The stairs to get to the apartment are difficult to climb. I would not have reserved this property if I knew it was upstairs.
There was an entire booklet of instructions that ultimately said don't contact the host with questions and threatened that you might have to purchase a new AC unit for the property if you put the AC below 72 degrees. It was 96 degrees outside the first day we were there. With the AC set to 72, the apartment was a miserable 76 degrees inside.

Summer getaway
We live in San Antonio and this was the perfect getaway. The Comal river is in the backyard and Schlitterbahn was right across. It was very peaceful and family friendly. We will defiantly stay again.
