Great place to stay in a great location! Definitely would go back!

Well maintained condo. The kitchen is well stocked with all cookware you will need. The showers and kitchen are the most updated we’ve seen in this complex and we’ve stayed at several different units. The location is perfect for floating the Comal.

Although it rain us out of floating the Comal, we still made it to Schlitterbaun on Sunday. The time spent with family is always a blessing and memories that will definitely be remembered. Place was clean and very spacious.

The Comal Haus (first floor) was updated, clean, comfortable and location was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful place to stay. From the big windows inside, we could view the water and watch the people floating the river. The grounds are immaculate! We saw multiple deer every time we ventured out. Most within a block or two of the unit. New Braunfels has so many great things. You won't be disappointed if you choose to come stay.

I loved this place!!! It is so convenient and relaxing. The view was amazing and access to the river is a few steps away. I will definitely recommend and stay here again. The decor was up to date and has all the amenities for a weekend or week long stay. Great for families.
